=== Ingredients ===
* 1 lb ground beef
* 2 Tbsp dehydrated onion
* 1/4 tsp pepper
* 1 tsp kosher salt
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1/4 bread crumbs

* 3/4 cup brown sugar
* 3 Tbsp flour
* 1 1/2 cup water or pineapple juice
* 1/4 cup white vinegar
* 3 Tbsp soy sauce

=== Preparation ===
Combine first 6 ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Broil 5-7 minutes.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small pot and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.

Cook meatballs and sauce in slow cooker 3-4 hours.
