In a large skillet melt butter.  Add sugar, crushed noodles and almonds.  Brown and stir; cool.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Chop bok choy (leaves and stalk).  Combine with green onions and noodle mixture.  Chill.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Just before serving, toss with dressing.&lt;br /&gt;
