Preheat oven to 300°F and coat a 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray&lt;br /&gt;

In a medium bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
In a small bowl whisk together the egg white and vanilla. Stir in the peanut butter and maple syrup until incorporated, stir in the goat milk. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and mix together until just incorporated.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Spread your granola mixture into your baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely to room temperature before slicing into squares. Store in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer.&lt;br /&gt;
