* 1 1/2 lbs pork sausage&lt;br /&gt;

Brown and drain the sausage.  Beat the eggs in a large bowl.  Add milk, dry mustard, and bread.  Stir in cheese and sausage.  Put in greased 9x13 pan.  Refrigerate overnight.  Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.  Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.&lt;br /&gt;
