* 1/2 c cottage cheese&lt;br /&gt;
* 3 T mayonnaise&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 t prepared mustard&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 t dill weed&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/4 t salt&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/8 t pepper&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 c plus 1 T shredded cheddar cheese, divided&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped&lt;br /&gt;

=== Preparation ===&lt;br /&gt;
Bake potatoes at 375° for 1 hour.  Cool.  Mash pulp with cottage cheese, mayo, mustard, dill, salt and pepper.  Stir in 1/2 c cheddar cheese and egg.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Spoon into shells.  Top with remaining cheese.  Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
