* 1/2 c bottled fat-free honey-mustard salad dressing&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 t finely shredded lime peel&lt;br /&gt;
* 4 medium skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb)&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 t Jamaican jerk seasoning (homemade or purchased)&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 t cooking oil&lt;br /&gt;
* 12 c (16 oz) packaged torn mixed salad greens&lt;br /&gt;
* 16 chilled bottled mango slices in light syrup, drained&lt;br /&gt;
* lime peel strips (optional)&lt;br /&gt;

* 2 t onion powder&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 t sugar&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 t crushed red pepper&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 t crushed dried thyme&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 t salt&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 t ground cloves&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 t ground cinnamon&lt;br /&gt;

=== Preparation ===&lt;br /&gt;
For dressing, mix honey-mustard dressing and shredded lime peel.  If necessary, add water to make of drizzling consistency.  Cover and chill dressing until ready to serve.&lt;br /&gt;

Rinse chicken; pat dry.  Sprinkle chicken with the jerk seasoning.  In a 10&amp;quot; skillet cook the seasoned chicken in hot oil over medium-high heat about 12 minutes or until tender and no longer pink, turning once.  Thinly bias slice each chicken breast.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Divide greens among 4 dinner plates.  Arrange warm chicken and mango over greens; drizzle with dressing.  If desired, top with strips of lime peel.&lt;br /&gt;
