* 5 eggs&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 t salt&lt;br /&gt;
* dash pepper&lt;br /&gt;
* 2-3 c grated cheese (cheddar, provolone, swiss, ... whatever)&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 1/2 c hot milk&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 qt cubed bread&lt;br /&gt;

=== Preparation ===&lt;br /&gt;
Beat the eggs until they are lemon-colored.  Add the salt, pepper and cheese and mix well.  Add the milk and bread and mix well.  Pour into a greased 7x11 baking pan.  Bake 30 minutes, or until set.  Top with chopped parsley just before serving.&lt;br /&gt;
