Add green beans in a single layer, stir quickly to coat in oil, and then leave alone for 3 to 4 minutes, until they start to brown.  Stir in water mixture and immediately cover the pan.  Steam 3 minutes and then remove the lid and continue cooking until all the water has evaporated.  Serve immediately.&lt;br /&gt;
