I made this for Cheri&amp;#039;s birthday the first year we were dating.  She didn&amp;#039;t object.&lt;br /&gt;
=== Ingredients ===&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 cup flour&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/4 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 egg yolk&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips&lt;br /&gt;
* 3 T heavy whipping cream&lt;br /&gt;
* 40 oz cream cheese, softened &lt;br /&gt;
* 1 3/4 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
* 3 T flour&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/4 t  salt&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream&lt;br /&gt;
* 5 eggs&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 egg yolks&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/3 cup chocolate chips, finely chopped&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

* 10 oz. frozen raspberries, thawed, drained, juice reserved&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/4 c. sugar&lt;br /&gt;
* 2 T. cornstarch&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
=== Preparation ===&lt;br /&gt;
Add enough water to the reserved raspberry juice to make 1 1/4 cup.  Mix sugar and starch in saucepan.  Stir in juice and berries.  Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.  Boil and stir 1 minute; strain.  Cool completely.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preheat oven to 400 degrees, oven rack at lowest position.  Lightly grease  9” x 3” springform pan; remove bottom.  &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Mix 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup sugar, 1/3 c. margarine and 1 egg yolk with hands.  (If dough is crumbly, sprinkle with 2 to 3 T water.)  Press 1/3 of dough on bottom of pan. Place on cookie sheet.  Bake 8 to 10 min or until golden brown; cool.  Assemble bottom and side of pan; secure side.  Press remaining dough 2.5 inches up side of pan.  Cut an 11 inch circle of heavy duty foil, place pan on foil, press up sides to prevent dripping during baking.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Heat 1 cup chips and 3 T cream until chips are melted.  Cool slightly.  Spread over bottom and up side of crust.  Change heat to 475 degrees.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Beat cheese, 1 3/4 cup sugar, 3 T flour, salt, 1/4 cup cream, and 2 eggs in&lt;br /&gt;
bowl until smooth.  Continue beating, adding remaining eggs and egg yolks one at a time until blended.  Stir in finely chopped chips.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Pour half of the batter into crust.  Reserve 1/2 cup of raspberry sauce for topping.  Spread half of remaining sauce by spoonfuls on the batter.   Repeat with remaining batter and sauce.  Swirl sauce through batter with metal spatula.  Cover with some foil; bake for 20 min.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Remove foil and bake for an hour at 300 degrees. (If the cake browns too quickly, cover loosely with foil during last half hour of baking.)  Turn oven off and leave cake in oven for 15 minutes.  Spread the rest of the raspberry sauce over cake and let cool an additional 15 minutes. Run metal spatula along side of cake to loosen before and after refrigerating.  Chill for at least 12 hours. &lt;br /&gt;

Remove cake from side of pan, and KEEP COOL! &lt;br /&gt;
