* 1 onion, chopped&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 T olive oil&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 c cooked rice&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 c feta cheese&lt;br /&gt;
* 1 egg, beaten&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/2 c chopped parsley or basil&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/4 c raisins&lt;br /&gt;
* 1/4 t salt&lt;br /&gt;
* 8 large leaves Swiss Chard&lt;br /&gt;

=== Preparation ===&lt;br /&gt;
Preheat oven to 350°.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Wash and dry leaves; remove stems.  Chop stems coarsely.  Saute onion and stems in oil; mix all ingredients except leaves.  Place 2 T filling on underside of each leaf, 1/3 of way from bottom.  Fold over sides; roll into square packet.  Place seam-side down in oiled casserole, cover, bake 30 minutes.  Bake any extra filling.&lt;br /&gt;
