Knead on lightly floured board until smooth and elastic.&lt;br /&gt;

Place in greased bowl.  Turn over so greased side is up.  Cover and let rise until double, about 1.5 hours in a warm room.  Punch down the dough.  Let rise again until 1.5 times original size.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Shape into 3 loaves.  Let rise in greased 9x5 pans until doubled.  Bake at 350 for 50 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;
