Daryl: This is the cake that Grandma made for me almost every year for my birthday.
Ingredients
- 1 box white cake mix
- 1 box instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 c milk
- 2 eggs
Frosting
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c evaporated milk
- 1/2 c butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c shredded coconut
- chopped nuts
Preparation
Mix cake ingredients together. Spread in two greased layer pans; bake for 30-40 minutes at 350°F. Cool.
