Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1/2 t soda
- 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t salt
- 10 T unsalted butter, room temp
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/2 c brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 c oats
- 1/2 c semisweet chips
- 1/2 c milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 c vanilla chips
- 1/2 c coarsely chopped fresh/frozen cranberries
- 2 oz milk or white chocolate, chopped (for drizzling)
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°.
Line baking sheets with parchment paper. Whisk flour, soda, cinnamon, and salt to blend. Beat butter and sugars until smooth. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour mixture and oats; stir until blended. Stir in chips and cranberries. Drop batter by rounded tablespoons on prepared sheets, 2" apart. Bake until edges are light brown, about 16 minutes. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes. Transfer to rack; cool completely.
Melt chopped chocolate in double boiler; drizzle over cookies. Let stand until set, about 1 hour.
