Ingredients

  • 32 oz romaine, cleaned and cut
  • 4 c red grapes, cleaned and picked
  • 4 green apples, cored and sliced
  • 2 lbs chicken breast, seasoned with salt and pepper, grilled and sliced
  • 2 c pecans, toasted

Dressing

  • 2 c mayo
  • 1 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1/3 c balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 c dried tarragon

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients for the dressing and mix well. (Makes ~4 cups)

Toss the lettuce and grapes together and divide onto plates.

Arrange the applies and chicken on the salad, and top with pecans and dressing.
