Ingredients

  • 1 c shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 c shredded zucchini
  • 3 T chopped onion
  • 1/2 c bread crumbs
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/2 t pepper
  • 1/2 t parsley
  • 2 eggs

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375° F.

Combine all ingredients, and let stand for 10 minutes. Divide into greased muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes at 375°.
