Excellent spread for crackers, bread, veggies, etc.
Ingredients
- 8-12 oz crumbled feta
- 8 oz low- or nonfat cream cheese
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 c sundried tomatoes
- plain, nonfat yogurt (optional)
Preparation
Blend cheeses in food processor. Add garlic and sundried tomatoes, and process until spread turns slightly pink and the tomato pieces are cut small. For a slightly less thick spread, add plain yogurt to reach desired consistency.
