Ingredients
- 2 c cottage cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 stick butter (oleo), cubed
- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded; or 4 oz of cheddar with 4 oz of swiss
- 3 T flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/2 t thyme (dried)
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked, salted and well-drained
Preparation
Mix all ingredients together and bake in a covered casserole dish at 350° for one hour.
