- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/4 c brandy
- 4 med sweet potatoes, boiled until just tender throughout, then peeled & sliced in 1/4" slices
- 2/3 c brown sugar
- 1/4 t cinnamon
- 2 T water
- 1/4 c butter
Instructions
