Ingredients
- 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 3 cups Goat Milk
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/4 cup egg whites
Preparation
Mix cornstarch and sweetener in a heavy saucepan. Blend in egg yolks. Heat on low and stir until well mixed.
Slowly add goat milk, stirring constantly and increase temperature. Continue to stir and heat pudding until it boils.
Once the pudding begins to boil, remove from the heat.
Stir in vanilla, and then place in the refrigerator to chill.
Just before serving, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Fold the egg whites into pudding.
Top with fresh berries and serve immediately. Enjoy!
