Mojito
Makes 1 serving, tall glass
- 3 large mint sprigs, torn in pieces
- 1 ½ oz. light rum
- 2 ½ oz. fresh lime sour
- splash of club soda
Stuff mint leaves in shaker. Pack with ice. Add rum and lime sour; shake vigorously. Pour into tall glass, including mint. Top with soda and enjoy.
Fresh Lime Sour
Makes 16 oz.
- 1 c. fresh lime juice
- 1 c. sugar
- ½ c. water
Simmer sugar and water until clear. Cool. Mix with lime juice. Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
