Ingredients
- 2 c quick oats
- 1 c flour
- 1 c brown sugar
- 3/4 c butter
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 c peanut butter
- 1 c chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix oats, flour, brown sugar, butter, soda, and salt until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 c mixture; press remaining crumbs in greased 9x13 pan.
In a small bowl, stir together milk and PB; pour evenly over crumb mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate chips; top with reserved crumb mixture.
Bake at 350° for 25-35 minutes or until brown. Do not overbake. Allow to cool completely (~2 hours) before cutting.
