Ingredients
- 1 c flour
- 1 c whole-wheat flour
- 1/2 c oatmeal
- 3/4 t cinnamon
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3/4 t baking powder
- 3/4 t baking soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 6 T butter, cubed (cold)
- 1/2 c cinnamon chips
- 3/4 c buttermilk
- 1 T turbinado sugar

Preheat oven to 375. Combine dry ingredients; cut in butter. Fold in chips. Add buttermilk; stir lightly until dough forms ball. On parchment-lined sheet with sides(!)[1], pat into 2" thick circle. Cut dough into wedges; do not separate. Sprinkle with turninado sugar.
Bake for 22-24 minutes. Cool. Cut into wedges.
