Ingredients

  • 1 cup instant oats
  • 2/3 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 large egg white
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 5 Tbsp Goat Milk

Preparation

Preheat oven to 300°F and coat a 8×8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray

In a medium bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In a small bowl whisk together the egg white and vanilla. Stir in the peanut butter and maple syrup until incorporated, stir in the goat milk.

Add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients and mix together until just incorporated.

Spread your granola mixture into your baking dish and bake for 10-12 minutes. Cool completely to room temperature before slicing into squares. Store in a sealed container in the fridge or freezer.
