Ingredients
- 32 oz romaine, cleaned and cut
- 4 c red grapes, cleaned and picked
- 4 green apples, cored and sliced
- 2 lbs chicken breast, seasoned with salt and pepper, grilled and sliced
- 2 c pecans, toasted
Dressing
- 2 c mayo
- 1 1/2 c heavy cream
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1/3 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 c dried tarragon
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing and mix well. (Makes ~4 cups)
Toss the lettuce and grapes together and divide onto plates.
Arrange the applies and chicken on the salad, and top with pecans and dressing.
