Ingredients
- 3 T orange marmalade
- 2 T butter
- 1 T orange peel
- 1/2 c fresh sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb frozen peas
- salt and pepper
Preparation
In saucepan over medium heat, combine marmalade, butter and orange peel. Add mushrooms, cook and stir until tender. Cook peas. Add mushroom mixture and toss. Season with salt and pepper.
