  • 1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 24 ounces, weight refrigerated cheese tortellini
  • 2 heads Romaine lettuce, washed and excess water removed
  • ~1 c Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/3 c shredded Parmesan cheese, optional

Cut chicken meat into bite sized pieces. Set aside while you prepare rest of salad.
