Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened, condensed milk
- 2 T butter
- 2 c chocolate chips
- 1 t vanilla
Crust
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 1/4 c flour
- 1 c oatmeal
- 1/2 t baking soda
- 1 c nuts (optional)
