Ingredients
- 1 oval of Appetizer Flatbread
- 1/2 c sweet onion, thinly sliced
- 1 T vegetable oil
- pear thinly sliced
- 2 T blue cheese
Preparation
Put the vegetable oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the onion, cooking until they are tender and golden brown. Spread the onion on the dough. Top with 5-6 slices of pear and sprinkle with 2 tablespoons blue cheese.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until flatbread is golden.
