Ingredients

  • 2 c cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 stick butter (oleo), cubed
  • 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded; or 4 oz of cheddar with 4 oz of swiss
  • 3 T flour
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1/2 t thyme (dried)
  • 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cooked, salted and well-drained

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake in a covered casserole dish at 350° for one hour.
