  • 3⁄4 cup butter

Rhubarb Layer

  • 2 cups chopped rhubarb
  • 1⁄2 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Cream Cheese Filling

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 1⁄2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs

Glaze

  • 2⁄3 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

Combine crust ingredients. Spread in 9X13" pan and bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
