Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp yeast
- 1/3 c (~3 oz) honey
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 7 oz warm water
- 4 c. flour
- 1/2 c + 2 T olive oil or coconut oil
- 1 egg white + 1 whole egg
Preparation
Stir the yeast into the warm water and let sit for a few minutes.
Make as other breads. After 1st rising make into braid. Let rise.
