Ingredients

  • 4 c cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 c sliced celery
  • 1 c seedless green grapes, halved
  • 1 c seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1/4 c chopped dried apricots
  • 1/4 c sliced green onions
  • 3/4 c mayonnaise
  • 2 T honey
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • splash lemon juice
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/8 t pepper
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 sliced almonds

Preparation
