  • 1/2 c. cold water
  • 3 c. all-purpose flour

Topping

  • 1/4 c. olive or vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
  • 1 1/2 c. chopped fully cooked ham
  • 1 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion (equivalent dried minced onion works well)
  • 1/2 c. minced fresh parsley
