Ingredients

  • 2 cans cream style corn
  • 1 1/4 c milk (less if using homegrown)
  • 3 c seasoned croutons
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4-1/2 c melted butter (optional)

Preparation

Mix ingredients except butter, and pour in casserole dish. Pour melted butter over top and bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour.
