Ingredients
- 2 1/4 c flour
- 6 T powdered milk or buttermilk powder
- 3 T sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 1/2 T baking soda
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/2 t cardamom (optional)
- 1/8 t cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and store in a sealed container.
When making the pancakes, mix 4 parts dry ingredients with 3 parts water (2 1/4 cups, or 18 oz, for full recipe).
