We usually make this with about 20 meatballs to serve 4.
Ingredients
- 1 c beef broth
- 1 c cream or half-and-half (depending on thickness preference)
- 3 T flour
- 1 T soy sauce
- 2 t Worcestershire sauce
- 1 t ground black pepper
- 1/2 t dried rosemary
- salt (to taste)
Preparation
Whisk all the ingredients except the salt into a saucepan until smooth. Cook and stir over low heat until thickened, about 10 minutes, stirring/whisking frequently to prevent scorching. Stir in the meatballs, and continue cooking until meatballs are heated through, about 5 more minutes.
