Ingredients
- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled and cut into chunks (or 1 20-oz can pineapple chunks, drained)
- 1 can (11 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 c halved strawberries
- 1 c halved green grapes
- 1 c white wine or white grape juice
- 1/2 c chilled club soda
Preparation
Combine all fruit in large serving bowl. Combine wine (or juice) and club soda. Pour over fruit. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve with slotted spoon.
