California Angel Hair Pasta

Ingredients
| 3 T | Extra virgin olive oil |
| 4 c | tiny broccoli florets |
| 2 T | pine nuts |
| 3/4 c | double-strength chicken stock |
| 1 t | fresh thyme or 1/2 t dried |
| 3 T | unsalted butter |
| 4 oz | chevre (goat cheese), crumbled |

| 1 pkg | angel hair pasta |
Instructions
Bring pot of water to a boil with 1 T olive oil. Saute broccoli and pine nuts in 2 T olive oil for 1 minute and add stock. Bring to a boil. Add thyme, pepper, butter and cheese. Mix until cheese melts. Lower heat to warm. Cook pasta. Drain and rinse under hot water. Add pasta to sauce and toss gently.
