- salt & pepper to taste
- 12 T #Lime-Ginger butter
- 1 lime, cut into 1/2" thick slices

- 12 T room temp butter
- 1/2 t chopped parsley
- 1/2 t chopped mint
- 1/2 T minced shallot
- 1/2 T peeled, minced ginger
- 1 1/2 T fresh lime juice
- 1/2 t dried red chili flakes [optional]
- 1/2 t lime zest
- 1/4 t lemon zest
