Ingredients
- 1 oval of Appetizer Flatbread
- 1/4 c shredded cooked chicken
- 2 T bottled peanut sauce
- 1 T shredded carrot
- green onion, bias-sliced
Preparation
Combine the chicken, peanut sauce and carrot. Spread the mixture over the dough. Sprinkle the green onion over the mixture.
Bake at 450° for 10 minutes or until flatbread is golden.
