Ingredients
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 packages (3 oz) Ramen noodles, crushed (don't use flavoring packet)
- 3 oz slivered almonds
- 1 large or 2 small bok choy
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 T sugar
Dressing
- 3/4 c vegetable oil
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 2 T soy sauce
Preparation
In a large skillet melt butter. Add sugar, crushed noodles and almonds. Brown and stir; cool.
Chop bok choy (leaves and stalk). Combine with green onions and noodle mixture. Chill.
Just before serving, toss with dressing.
