Ingredients

  • 2 T butter, softened (or melted if preferred)
  • 2 T prepared horseradish
  • 2 T Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/8 t fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/8 t paprika

Preparation

Combine all the ingredients except paprika; brush over corn. Sprinkle with paprika.
