Ingredients

  • 4 c broccoli florets
  • 3/4 c coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c raisins
  • 1/2 c golden raisins
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 T half-and-half
  • 1 T vinegar

Preparation

In a large salad bowl, toss broccoli, walnuts and raisins. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Pour over salad; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.
