Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers, halved and thinly sliced
- 2 medium carrots, julienned
- 2 T raisins
- 3/4 c water
- 1/4 c vinegar
- 2 T sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1/4 t paprika
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, carrots and raisins. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over the cucumber mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
