Ingredients

  • 1/2 c wild rice
  • 2 c chicken broth
  • pineapple tidbits
  • grapes, halved
  • celery
  • walnuts
  • golden raisins

Dressing

  • 1/4 c sugar
  • 1/4 c red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 t onion powder
  • 1/4 t paprika
  • 1/4 t Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c virgin olive oil
  • 1 T poppy seeds

Preparation

Cook the wild rice in the broth until done. Combine the cooked rice and the remaining ingredients; mix well. Toss with dressing.

Dressing

Combine all ingredients and mix well.
