Ingredients

  • 3 c lettuce
  • 2 red apples, unpeeled, diced
  • 1/4 c chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c diced celery
  • 1/4 c raisins

Dressing

  • 1/2 c mayo or salad dressing
  • 1 T sugar
  • 2 T pineapple juice

Preparation

Mix dressing ingredients well. Toss with salad.
