Ingredients
- 3 slices bacon
- 3 T onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 pt half-and-half
- 1 c Velveeta cheese, diced
- 1 c wild rice, cooked
Preparation
Saute bacon (cut in 1" pieces) and onion. Drain. Mix soup and half-and-half. Add bacon, cheese, and rice. Simmer until the cheese melts. Serve hot.
