Ingredients
- 6 medium baking potatoes
- 2 c sour cream
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped, about 1 cup
- 1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- paprika
Preparation
Cook unpeeled potatoes until tender, about 20-25 minutes. Cool; peel. Grate into large bowl; add remaining ingredients, except paprika. Mix well. Spoon into 13x9" baking dish. Refrigerate 3-4 hours, covered, or overnight. Bake at 350° for 40-50 min. Sprinkle with paprika.
