Ingredients
- 1 lb green beans, trimmed
- 1 small clove garlic, crushed
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
- 2 T sesame oil
- 2 T toasted sesame seeds
- 2 T chopped fresh parsley
- 3/4 t soy sauce
- 1/8 t pepper
- salt to taste
Preparation
Steam the beans until just tender. Drain and chill. Transfer to a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Chill for 2 hours to meld flavors before serving.
