Ingredients
- 4 whole Large Sweet Potatoes
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 1/4 c Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/2 c Toasted Pecans, Chopped
- 1 t Cinnamon, Ground
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Wash each potato under running water to clean. Dry completely. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes at 400 degrees (until tender enough to pierce with a fork).
Let cool and unwrap. Slice open the warm potato. Top each potato with 1/4 tablespoon of butter, lightly sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and roasted pecans.
Serve warm.
